24Seven are currently looking for a Styling Agent to join an amazing team in London who are a community of the most inspiring, respected, innovative emerging and established artists working today!

The ideal candidate will approach the Agent role in both an innovative as well as traditional way, working alongside the team to manage artists careers whilst developing client relationships in an evolving marketplace in ways that benefit the existing roster whilst exploring wider new business opportunities. The role requires a proactive self-motivated team player with a calm, positive demeanour, able to communicate effectively with people at all levels. The candidate must have proven agent experience with relevant successful artists and an extensive network of talent and client relationships

Main Responsibilities:

• Representation, development, and marketing talent who work across all genres
• Using knowledge of industry and network of contacts to promote the talent for assignments and negotiate strong financial position and contracts.
• Ongoing research and identification of potential new talent media, production companies and clients in key markets
• Project management including - artist calendars, creation of estimates, managing budgets, negotiating fees/rates/ usage generating invoices, closing and billing jobs.
• Production - booking of artist teams/securing & transporting teams and product/travel/shoot logistics/
• Working with talent and your team to maintain & update artist’s digital portfolios on platform’s website and various social media channels
• Liaison with agents at other GB brands regarding strategy for artists career development and future opportunities Key Qualifications • The ability to identify opportunities, engage decision makers and close deals
• In depth knowledge of fashion, celebrity and advertising print, digital & events market place
• Established relationships with art buyers, creatives, PRs
• Curatorial skills and a proven eye for scouting talent
• A strong personality proven to have nurtured ongoing relationships with artists and clients alike
• Focused, organized with the ability to multitask yet prioritize
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage all types
• Proactive team player • Able to make decisions under pressure
• Range of computer skills including MS Office Suite, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suit

Experience:

• Experienced candidates with a background in style & set design across all genres, including editorial, advertising, celebrity/PR relationships, events and shows
• An authentic intrinsic knowledge of digital media is essential.
• A curatorial eye for distinctive talent
• Innovative individuals who will take a progressive approach to representing artists with ambition to grow talent as brands
• Those who can captivate client with ideas and proposals for the roster of talent we represent
