- Assist in crafting a messaging strategy that conveys the client's corporate messaging across relevant social media channels.
- Draft, edit, and refine investor communications including digital content, press releases, and investor presentations.
- Ensure all communications are clear, concise, and aligned with best practices for investor relations.
- Management:

- Assist Account Managers in serving the needs of clients and ensuring excellence in investor communications.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to develop, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Management:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of investor communication solutions.
- Participate in managing client projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables align with client objectives and expectations.
- Analysis:

- Analyze client performance data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and report on investor engagement metrics, leveraging data to optimize future communications.
- Teamwork:

- Collaborate with designers, writers, and strategists to deliver holistic solutions to clients.
- Provide feedback and contribute to internal process improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as an Associate Account Manager or in Investor Relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing skills with an ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful way.
- Familiarity with the financial industry, particularly small cap & mid cap public companies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the evolving social media landscape and its implications for investor communications.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with Canva.
- Knowledge of latest trends in digital communication and investor relations.
