Job Title: Automation/QA Developer
Location: Leeds
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications following established coding standards.
- Analyze user requirements to ensure design feasibility within time and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, stakeholders, and end-users for successful project delivery.
- Create technical specifications based on user needs.
- Troubleshoot existing code issues as necessary.
- Monitor system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Participate in code reviews for quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in programming, automated testing, and mobile testing.
- Strong skills in algorithm design, debugging, and software architecture.
- Experience in database design and system analysis.
- Ability to solve complex problems and work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
