Fun and whimsical Beauty Brand is seeking a Package Design Manager to lead our Graphic Design team within the cosmetics industry. As a Package Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing visually stunning and marketable packaging for our cosmetic products.Responsibilities
• Creating intricate package (dielines) and product designs under direction of Senior Design Managers and/or Creative Director
• Create files correctly for press (bleeds, PDF proofing, color separations – spot and 4 color process)
• Research, identify, and share current industry design and color trends and competitive reviews as they relate to the brand
• Brainstorms concepts, mock up design ideas, and present
• Research creative ideas as they are needed and be in tune with competitive market landscape
• Guiding mid-level, junior designers, and interns
Qualifications
• Must have at least 5+ years’ work experience in Package Design
• Cosmetics / Beauty experience
