Job description

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role on the marketing team, developing brand-elevating and customer-relevant omni-channel marketing strategies that drive profitable business growth and ultimately build loyalty and brand equity.

- Develop creative briefs for marketing assets, including but not limited to collateral for brand partnerships, events, ambassador program, and digital ads
- Develop social content briefs for ambassador programs that align with brand focuses and messaging
- Review and organize ambassador content, tracking EMV and assisting in consolidating performance into monthly recaps
- Assist in ideation and execution of strategic brand partnerships and events, bringing out of the box ideas to life to drive brand awareness and love
- Organize product shipments for partnerships, events and ambassador programs
- Assist with the collection and analysis of competitive marketing data Create and design slides, charts, and spreadsheets for internal and external presentations
- Manage project timelines and communication, ensuring timely meeting recaps are issued to relevant teams and that timelines are being adhered to
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Retail, Operations, E-commerce, Content, and PR on various projects and coordinate deliverables such as visual merchandising, event planning, data analysis, etc.
- Assist with administrative-related tasks
- Participate and support the Marketing Team on ad-hoc projects

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required
- 1-3 years’ experience in marketing within consumer goods, preferably with beauty industry-related experience. Skincare experience is a plus.
- Based in New York City or close enough to commute to NYC to come into the office for ad hoc requests and assist with events when needed
- Ideally the candidate will have a strong pulse on current beauty and lifestyle trends across Gen-Z and Millennial audiences
Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take complete ownership of projects
