Description: The Marketing Director role is responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy to bring products to launch from a 360 omni channel approach. This position is a senior level position that is comfortable developing fully integrated marketing campaigns defined by business case KPI’s and after execution will provide high level post-mortems all aligning to business objectives. This position will define clear and compelling messaging and unique product positioning, differentiating our products in the market. Someone with OmniChannel Product marketing, brand activations, wholesale, retail, marketing.
  • They will obsess over new trends and the latest technology and keep an keen eye on new influencers that would be great to partner with. What You’ll Do:
  • Define and develop strategic product launch planning strategy, including the development of product positioning and launch approach defined by target market information • Own the seasonal and yearly integrated marketing calendar, focusing on cross-channel campaign strategy and end to end execution that brings the products and the brand to life across all touchpoints
  •  Oversee implementation of campaigns, utilizing metrics to track progress and continuously optimize campaigns • Identify, recommend and execute strategies to raise brand awareness, driving website traffic and conversion rates • Collaborate with Creative team to deliver consistent messaging to increase brand image and boost sales •
  • Lead the conception, development, implementation, and post-mortem analysis of innovative and trendsetting 360-degree marketing strategies and promotional programs in order to drive business growth that delivers against sales targets
  •  Identify external strategic partners and brands for collaborations that help drive brand awareness, relevance, and conversion • Analyze competition and trends to identify, create, and implement break-through marketing programs relevant to the consumer • Work closely with the other functional leaders in a collaborative fashion to ensure alignment of initiatives, information sharing, and speed to market • Works cross functionally with all departments to ensure most strategic approach is achieved • Manages a team that will support Wholesale retail marketing efforts and events. • Sets and manages budget to accomplish key strategic brand and business opportunities
