Role Location: Field-Based - Full-time (5 days per week) in Oxford, Bath, Bristol, Cardiff.

Stores Involved - SpaceNK & John Lewis

Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday.

Salary - £26k-£30k

Overview:

In this dynamic role, you will dedicate three days each week to engaging with top-tier retailers in your designated region, while the remaining two days will focus on brand training, store support, event planning, and fostering relationships in store. You will actively promote, demonstrate, and communicate with customers to achieve ambitious retail sales targets. Your role will showcase a passion for delivering exceptional service, demonstrating comprehensive product and brand knowledge. As a self-motivated team player, you will serve as a role model in delivering a multi-brand customer journey.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Achieve sales targets while fostering premium customer service and building customer loyalty.
- Enhance counter/account productivity, aiming for a minimum AUS 2.0 & AVS £70.
- Develop a deep understanding of product knowledge across all brands, including features, benefits, and application techniques, conveying passion and mastering brand storytelling.
- Execute traffic stops and promote our multi-brand icons.
- Maintain counter/store quality, adhering to merchandising plans, conducting stock audits, and reporting out-of-stock items to your line manager.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to your Line Manager.
- Cultivate positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office.
- Bring innovative ideas to maximize sales and achieve targets.
- Organize store activities and dual sites (as agreed with the line manager) to drive sales and footfall.
- Prepare and execute exciting in-store events contributing to sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with in-store management and the team.
- Utilize technical knowledge and selling skills to influence customer choices and ensure continued loyalty.
- Report out-of-stock items to the line manager and notify in-store management.
- Maintain high merchandising standards, including planogram adherence, available and clean testers, up-to-date POS on shelves, and accurate pricing tickets.
- Effectively organize and plan store visits to maximize profit potential.

What we are looking for:

- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory (requires a full driving license).
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated account growth experience.
- Previous experience in FMCG and beauty/skincare sales is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, numeracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent team player with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Flexibility required during peak trade and weekends.
