Job Title: Business Development Director 
Location: Miami, FL 

Role:
The Business Development Director is a critical role responsible for driving revenue by selling fabrication services and live event programs. The role involves proactive client engagement, relationship management, strategic partnerships, and presenting creative proposals to clients. 

Responsibilities:
•    Drive revenue by selling fabrication, events, marketing services and digital programming through their sister company 
•    Target agencies and clients through various channels, showcasing the company's unique offerings.
•    Maintain and grow new client and agency relationships through negotiation and closing deals.
•    Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and provide analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) on sales to executive teams.
•    Develop and present compelling proposals tailored to the needs of potential partners, clients, and key decision-makers.
•    Assist with client management throughout the entire project lifecycle and act as a point of contact for clients as needed.
•    Act as a strategic partner to clients, offering a broad range of event and fabrication solutions to meet their business goals.

Requirements:
•    Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development within the live event, marketing and fabrication space. 
•    Demonstrated success in driving revenue through selling marketing packages.
•    Strong understanding of event-based programs, fabrication, digital marketing, video production, and social media. 
•    Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills with a track record of successful client relationship management.
•    Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and providing insightful analytics.
•    Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality creative output.
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
