Job description24 Seven is partnering up with their top global sportswear client to help them find a Business Development Representative based in West Covina, CA to join their team in this hybrid position. This is a 3 month contract, with potential to extend or turn into a full-time position. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, sick time, 401K and holiday pay.
Day to Day:
• Extensive business development including cold and warm calling, networking events and strong email communication to solicit and secure new accounts
• Consistently able to meet weekly and monthly quotas
• Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach to prospects at select companies
• Interact with prospects and provide a high level of information about the Employee Store concept and added value opportunity for their business and employees
• Work closely with various corporate teams as well as HQ Corporate teams including but not limited to Corporate Relations, Retail Operations Creative/Design teams and the Retail Marketing team to support traffic driving programs to the Employee Store location
• Experience uncovering new business
• Strong biz dev/sales background that are familiar with being given weekly targets and metrics.
• Experience partnering with Businesses to come into our store its more biz development.
