Salary: $90-130K DOE
One of our professional services clients that specializes in business strategy and branding/identity development is looking for a Client Service and Strategy Director to join their team for an exciting full-time role supporting a range of high profile and early-stage growth clients.
The Client Service and Strategy Director will help develop actionable insights through research, create brand strategies, and architect strategic solutions with a high level of accountability in work/product and self/team growth.
This Client Service and Strategy Director will also be responsible for solving complex brand, marketing, and overall business problems, and building/nurturing outstanding client relationships with clients at all levels.
The Client Service and Strategy Director should have 10+ years of agency experience and be someone who wants to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, positive environment.
Ideal Client Service and Strategy Director candidates will have:
- BA degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field
- At least 10+ years of experience as an account/client service, account management, or strategy/planning leader in an advertising agency, marketing/comms firm, or in-house marketing team.
- Eager to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, positive, strategy-driven environment
- Able to execute on client requests/projects, guide project management, meet deadlines, attention to detail, manage competing priorities, etc.
- Someone who brings energy, passion, and optimism to work every day, and prides themselves on being part of a team that does amazing work
