Client Relationship Manager - Full Time, HertfordshireAn exciting opportunity is available for the right candidate to join a busy team as a Client Relationship Manager.
In this role, the successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a team, focusing on engaging with larger customers, fostering strong relationships, and assisting them in meeting their utility needs.
As a Client Relationship Manager, the individual will be responsible for efficiently managing allocated accounts and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products and services.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proactive, with proven experience in account management (preferably in brokerage or consultancy, though not essential).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly establish relationships with customers and suppliers (strong interpersonal skills)
- Capability to understand and respond to customer needs
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a positive mindset
- Capacity to manage challenging situations calmly, applying strong decision-making skills
- Strong organisational skills, with efficient workload prioritisation abilities
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Mathematics GCSE or equivalent qualification
- Basic Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Annual Holiday Entitlement: 29 days, including bank holidays
- Additional days off between Christmas and New Year
