24 Seven is partnering with our client to help them find a Client Success Manager for this hybrid position. This is a full-time salaried opportunity.As a key liaison between clients and our internal team, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, implementing digital marketing strategies, and driving success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication and updates.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the internal teams, facilitating effective communication and project management.
- Utilize project management skills to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Demonstrate a strong background in digital marketing, including expertise in paid media, social media, and, specifically, email marketing.
- Play a vital role as a Client Success Manager within the company, driving the success of our clients' marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and unlocking additional value with each client.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Work towards revenue generation and unlocking additional value within each client relationship.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Client Success Manager role, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Strong project management skills to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including paid media, social media, and email marketing.
