Our client is a leading skincare brand looking for a Consumer Marketing Specialist to join their team!The ideal candidate would have a basic understanding of skincare/beauty landscape and have an interest in consumer marketing (PR, social media, consumer activations & sampling programs). This individual would thrive in structured creative and strategic environments and have strong communication and organizational skills. The candidate would help empower their product and retail marketing counterparts and cross functional teams with localized campaign go-to-market ideas and eye-catching activations to maximize brand awareness in the US market.
Responsibilities:
- Workshopping campaign go-to-market strategies & supporting in campaign execution (omni channel) Consumer marketing sampling strategy & execution
- Leading brand partnership outreach and planning
- Managing ratings & review generation strategies and partnerships
- Competitive research & market trends analysis
- Product Orders (Sampling Programs & Consumer Activations)
- Assist Sr. Manager with annual A&P budget reconciliation and program invoices
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of marketing experience
- Bachelor or higher degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related
- Social Media savvy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong copy skills
- Detail-oriented
