Leading multicultural agency is seeking a Bilingual Copywriter who would provide strong conceptual thinking and copywriting skills to turn insights and data into unique and engaging content. For this position, staying curious of trends and having a strong understanding of the current digital landscape, social media platforms, and emerging mobile trends is a must. This candidate should be fully bilingual (Spanish/English) and have a proven track record of developing exceptional social content with measurable results.
- Location: Costa Mesa – onsite x2 per week
Provide impactful, fresh, and engaging creative work that meets brand and project strategies/objectives, client demands and agency standards.
Create ideas and strategies to work with content creators and influencers that are relevant for the Hispanic Market in the United States.
Participate actively and collaborate in trends and market insights detection.
Involvement in every stage of the process, from concepting and development, to final review.
Team player, well-organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to write in multiple voices and styles.
Ability to handle more than one assignment at a time and work under tight deadlines.
Ability to sell work internally and to the client.
Work hand-on-hand with account leads and other copywriters to ensure all content is accurate, consistent with other channels, and meets all legal requirements.
Understand and follow Brand guidelines to make sure all-content is on brand tone and aligned to target audience.
Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience developing and publishing content for social media.
Must be fully bilingual in Spanish/English – spoken and written.
Deep understanding of Latino culture.
Demonstrate deep understanding of current digital landscape, social media platforms and emerging digital trends.
Understanding of how to adapt storytelling to different digital and social platforms.
Must have a strong portfolio primarily of produced work and some spec work.
Experience with automotive and retail clients is a plus.
Excellent writing and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively remotely, in person, and in writing is a must.
Proactively tracks trends in business and marketplace relevant to Client business
Hispanic/Multicultural experience preferred.
