Exciting DTC Beauty Brand is seeking CRM Manager to join their team!
You will be responsible for developing CRM strategy across email, SMS, and customer loyalty. You will manage CRM marketing calendar, tracking KPIs, competitive research, and drive loyalty and retention. You are a leader in the CRM space improving customer journeys, roadmaps, and workflows.
Day-to-Day
-Partner with eCommerce to create overall CRM calendar and strategy
-Create audience segmentation, A/B test, and deploy emails through Klaviyo
- Up to date on competitive CRM trends in the beauty space
- Manage and execute end-to-end campaigns across email, SMS and customer loyalty
Requirements
-4+ years in digital marketing- ecommerce, CRM, email, site- merchandising
- Must have Shopify experience
- Klaviyo is preferred but ESP is required
