Job description

We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team.

What You'll do

-Own the day-to-day Marketing and CRM campaign set-up and execution across email, SMS, and Push channels for B2C and B2B communications
-Responsible for building, QA'ing, troubleshooting, and launching marketing, trigger and lifecycle campaigns within our platform
-Manage B2C and B2B Marketing and CRM campaign execution calendars and oversee process
-Identify data points and events required for new trigger and lifecycle flows and work cross-functionally with MarTech teams to implement data paths into our ESP to power new journeys
-Set-up and map dynamic fields into emails/SMS/Push to showcase personalized and targeted modules to applicable customers segments
-Propose, design, and launch A/B and multivariate testing plans to optimize multi-channel campaign templates as well as communication and segmentation strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and retention
-Monitor key metrics related to open and click-through rates, CVR, CLV, and list growth, using insights to continuously refine and optimize marketing and lifecycle campaigns
-Pull and analyze data and provide weekly reporting, analysis, and actionable insights and recommendations to multiple teams and senior leadership
-Collaborate closely with marketing, product, BI, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless and integrated customer journey
-Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative practices to keep the customer lifecycle experience fresh and competitive

What you've done

Bachelor's Degree
3-6 years of experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present strategies and insights to executive teams and across the organization
Proven track record in developing and executing end-to-end lifecycle strategies that drive customer lifetime value
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines with minimal oversight
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry standards across creative, targeting and end to end execution
Comfortable working with data and digging into numbers; deep understanding of email KPIs, metrics, and reporting with ability to translate into concrete insights
Strong analytical skills to leverage data in crafting personalized customer experiences that resonate at each lifecycle stage
Advanced experience using Visual Editors/WYSIWYG editors to build email templates and campaigns
Light to intermediate knowledge of HTML & CSS
Intermediate to advance familiarity with Liquid
Experience building dynamic modules in email
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
Experience sending email marketing campaigns through ESPs to large customer groups (BlueShift familiarity a plus)
Experience with SMS and mobile notifications
SQL experience a plus
Experience working with Project Management tools (e.g. Monday) and design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop) Apply for this job
