Looking for Customer Service Rep to support retailer who has an office/warehouse based in Ontario, CA!
Responsibilities:
• Receive high volume of incoming phone calls, voice-mail messages, and emails and respond to inquiries in a manner which meets high quality, productivity and other performance standards
• Sell, cross-sell, and up-sell merchandise in accordance with company requirements and customer needs
• Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved complaints in a timely and effective manner, in accordance with escalation guidelines
• Attempt to troubleshoot customers' service problems
• Use online support tools and systems to obtain information and to help resolve issues. Update and track all cases.
• Project professionalism to customers and work cooperatively with team members and management in accordance with code of conduct and other employee policies
• Assist with order fulfillment as needed
• Process mail-orders and returns as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Proven related experience within Customer Service
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
