Our Client is seeking a Director or Digital to work across multiple clients within their Fashion,
Beauty, and Tech/Innovation divisions. The candidate should possess an insatiable
hunger for innovation in the digital world, an impressive portfolio of content-driven
campaigns you’ve ideated, a keen understanding of the latest measurement tools,
social media and influencer marketing trends
This position will be New York-based
You will be essential to the direction and development of the team and division,
implementing impactful campaigns and tactics for clients in fashion, beauty, tech,
and design.
Director or Digital PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Identify, manage and execute organic and paid influencer strategies that amplify
engagement and brand goals.
? Oversee team and build out strategies including pitching, negotiating, contracts
and reporting for clients’ digital activations.
? Develop and implement social media and content strategies for brands and
companies that align with client business goals
? Create content strategies, outlining social voice and tone, feed aesthetic,
content types, growth strategy (paid and organic)
? Identify key influencers, creatives and talent in designated verticals for maximum
engagement and overall reach in both paid and unpaid capacities
? Work in tandem with PR teams to align on influencer and social media strategies
with overall brand goals
? Perform continuous research on current benchmark trends and audience
preferences within the digital marketing space
? Suggest and implement new features, tools, and ideas to raise brand awareness
and grow channel followings when applicable
? Maintain positive relationships with high level influencers, agents, and other
creative agencies
? Own day-to-day stewardship of the business, managing budgets and billing
Director or Digital REQUIREMENTS
? Minimum 5+ years of digital, content, influencer and social media
experience
? Collaborative, agency background preferred
? Experience in fashion, beauty, tech and innovation brands
? Strong leadership skills and a proven manager and mentor
? High level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on
multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
? Experience developing and executing large-scaled content marketing
strategies and overseeing content development, specifically for social
media platforms
? Experience amplifying campaigns and content and building online
marketing strategies
? Fluency of digital platforms, tools, and software
? Conceptual and forward-thinking – comfortable in an ambiguous
environment and excited about inventing new ways of working
? Possess a network of content creators and influencers
? Exceptional knowledge with analytics and reporting
? Excellent time management and project management skills
