Consumer Product Goods company seeking a strong DTC Ecommerce Site Manager in LA! Must live in LA!!! this is NOT a remote role

 

Responsibilities

  • The eCommerce Manager, Direct To Consumer (DTC) is responsible for driving, implementing, and managing all site merchandising initiatives across the company's  portfolio of products
  • Prioritize, coordinate, and execute all site merchandising activities inclusive of sequencing, navigation, site content, product launches, promotions, SEO initiatives, and 3rd party vendors (Bazaarvoice, Shopify Plus/Suite/Flow/Launchpad, Klaviyo, Matrixify, Okendo, Accentuate Fields, Search Spring, ERP, Salesforce, JustUno, Gorgias)
  • Manage product level content for images, pricing, copy, product/category graphics, cross-sells and up-sells
  • Ensure best in class website feature sets are executed properly and without issue
  • Collaborate with Product Merchants, Marketing, Production, Creative, Analytics, and Digital Technology teams to ensure that the front end meets consumer and DTC needs
  • Provide recommendations and implementation strategies for SEO to deliver assigned revenue targets
  • Measure and analyze consumer adoption of site merchandising strategies and iterate to increase revenue and conversion
  • Use data to inform business decisions and site experience based on consumer behavior, system functionality, and best in class site trends
  • Create and present recommendations to Manager+ prior to implementation
  • Act as liaison between eCommerce team, Senior Leadership, and Marketing related to all new website development and implementation
  • Create excitement around and gain buy-in for DTC capabilities with Business Unit stakeholders
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or similar field
  • 3+ years’ experience in site merchandising
  • Excellent Salesforce Commerce Cloud skills required
  • This role requires partnerships with several cross-functional teams including merchandising, production, marketing, and digital technology team partners
  • The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and a drive to own and lead projects effectively in a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics; ability to provide recommendations backed with facts/data
  • Motivated and inquisitive individual eager to broaden exposure to multiple facets of the business and make a tangible impact
  • Exceptional time management and project planning skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and workstreams while effectively managing changing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across multiple lines of business
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex detailed ideas to those less familiar with the subject
  • Effective decision-making skills and an understanding of where projects fit into overall Company and development strategies
  • Ability to operate independently given direction and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised
  • Interpersonal savvy; an ability effectively work with and connect with all levels of employees across multiple functions and geographies
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Other relevant systems knowledge required: Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
