Job description

Our client, a leading luxury personal care products manufacturer is looking for a remarkable DTC E-commerce Assistant Manager for their five consumer brands. The ideal candidate will have strong  e-commerce expertise updating & optimizing DTC websites and product listings to enhance the customer journey and to increase conversions.  Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience setting up e-mail marketing campaigns and automated flows. Experience in analyzing data and developing marketing strategies & solutions that contribute to brands’ growth is required. This role requires creative & analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail, project management and multitasking abilities, resourcefulness, as well as a hands-on approach within our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

MUST Have CPG packaged goods experience



Core Responsibilities:
•             Set up, maintain, and optimize product listings on our brand websites on Shopify
•             Support day-to-day website management & optimizations to improve UX and conversions
•             Help troubleshoot friction points and bugs on the sites
•             Set up, QA, and execute promotional campaigns & strategies (banners, custom landing pages, URLs, promo codes, navigation menus etc.)
•             Set up, maintain, and optimize weekly email marketing campaigns & automated flows for all 5 brands
•             Help develop web & email strategies to enhance the customer journey, increase conversions & revenue
•             Track & analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, Shopify, and Klaviyo to identify new growth opportunities & risk factors
•             Analyze data and provide actionable insights around webshop and email optimization
•             Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions to drive conversions
•             Stay up to date on latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies for ecommerce and email marketing
•             Help with web development projects and collaborate with 3rd party developers
Skills and Minimum Qualifications:
•             3+ years experience required updating/maintaining e-commerce websites on Shopify/Shopify Plus
•             3+ years experience required setting up e-mail marketing campaigns & automated flows in Klaviyo
•             A strong understanding and hands-on experience with website & email analytics, A/B testing, UX conversion strategies & tactics that help drive performance and growth
•             Proven track record of successful e-commerce marketing initiatives with a focus on conversion optimization
•             Proficient knowledge of Google, Shopify and Klaviyo Analytics
•             Proficient knowledge of G-suite
•             Experience with e-commerce merchandising tools like Shogun preferred, but not required
•             Experience with project management systems like Asana preferred, but not required
•             Experience with Photoshop helpful, but not required
•             Experience with HTML, CSS, Liquid and SEO helpful, but not required
•             Experience with Google Search Console & Merchant Center helpful, but not required
•             Proficient time management & organization skills
•             High level of accuracy & exceptional attention to detail
•             Excellent written and verbal communication skills
