Ecommerce Manager (Beauty)
$110k-$125k + bonus and benefits 
FT/Direct Hire
4 days onsite in West Hollywood and 1 day remote 

Our client, a well-known and growing Beauty Brand, is looking for a strong Ecommerce Manager to support digital initiatives and drive the ongoing success of the brand online. You will manage the ecommerce platform, optimize user experience, and implement strategies to drive sales. 

•    Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with business goals and objectives, implementing strategies to improve site performance, conversion rates, and overall customer journey.
•    Oversee the day-to-day management of the Shopify plus platform, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and functionality.
•    Collaborate cross-functionally and with agency partners to drive profitable growth across digital channels, including lifecycle marketing, affiliate, merchandising, paid media, and promotions.
•    Lead the development of ecommerce merchandising calendars aligned with brand and retailer channels.
•    Conduct regular audits and QA checks to the ecommerce site and collaborate with web developer teams to manage projects related to site enhancements, updates, and technical optimizations.
•    Utilize analytics tools to track and optimize site performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance user engagement and sales.
•    Pull and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to track KPIs.
•    Collaborate with supply chain team to forecast inventory levels and ensure seamless channel availability.


•    5+ years of relevant experience in ecommerce management within the beauty or retail industry
•    Proficiency in Shopify Plus, Netsuite, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Gorgias, and Google Analytics.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
•    Demonstrated success in driving ecommerce sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
•    Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
•    Passion for the beauty industry
