As an eCommerce Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the online merchandising strategy, optimizing product listings, monitoring and analyzing sales performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with industry trends. Your role will be crucial in driving online sales growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
-Proven experience in eCommerce merchandising or online retail sales
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Proficient in using eCommerce platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in online merchandising
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
