Our client, a growing apparel brand, is looking for a contract Email Marketing Coordinator to help the team out in a part time capacity.Part Time 15-20 hours
Contract
$20-35/hour depending on experience
Remote or hybrid in La Jolla, California
+ Overview: Entry level email marketer (or digital marketing coordinator) to support email campaign production, working along side our Sr Manager of Retention, to deliver the email channel's portion of marketing calendar.
+ Start date: ASAP start
+ Location: Remote (in office if interested in La Jolla, California)
+ Time requirement: ~15-20 hours/week
+ Desired experience:
• Entry level email marketing experience (or digital marketing coordination experience) at an e-commerce company (start up experience is a plus)
• Hungry to learn & contribute mindset
• Very high level of attention to detail
• Flexible given rapid start up environment
• ESP operation experience - Emarsys experience is a plus
+ Primary Responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end email sends from receipt of creative assets to scheduling in the ESP
• Partner with creative teams to obtain assets, upload to ESP, assign links to each section of email, send test emails to internal team, get approval, and schedule for launch
• Conduct image selection guidance for emails to designer resources using Dropbox and our creative brief documents
• [Depending on experience level] Write end-to-end campaign creative briefs, using conversion copywriting tactics, for the email channel to support the marketing calendar
