Wellness Boutique located in Beverly Hills is looking to hire an Executive Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator to support the CEO and provide daily administrative support to the office!In this role, you would be responsible for the following:
- Schedule appointments and travel arrangements as requested
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Answer and manage incoming calls for the business
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
- Order and manage office supply needs
- Fulfill customer orders and organize FedEx pickup
- Assist with office admin tasks
- Retrieve mail and notify co-founders of any pertinent information
- Send end of day email to co-founders of any noteworthy office events
- Support special projects
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
- Active listening and good communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask
- Strong time-management and organization skills
This is an onsite based role based out of Beverly Hills.
Salary range is anywhere between $55-70k/yr. DOE
