Estimated End Date: January/February 2025 6. Daily Schedule: 7:30am – 4:30pm, in-person

Facilities Coordinator
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with the Facilities Manager to support all facilities activities; maintenance of store systems including mechanical, electrical, store repairs, and fire life safety
Provide support to store and operations for repair and maintenance issues.
Assist operations, construction and design in the required daily flow and process of repair requests, preventative maintenance programs and new construction.
Manage minor to medium sized brand initiatives, rollouts, retrofits, and special projects.

Essential Functions:
Receive, evaluate and process all maintenance requests received directly from store level into web based program.
Assign vendors based on trade, store location and existing data regarding repair needed.
Generate service requests through existing tracking system.
Responsible for decision process for repairs and/or service requests issued
Manage subcontractors for quality, timeliness and urgency.
Assign target date to have work complete.
Analyze work orders and meet budget needs.
Manage and maintain positive relationship between store Facilities Department Field personnel.
Support Facilities Manager in all aspects of project implementation as needed and responsible for accuracy and time management of work orders.
Maintain and update data in existing tracking systems.
Close out all work orders on a timely manner and continually follow up with vendors and stores to ensure all work orders are completed and have met requirements.
Complete follow up and accrual-invoice request to full close out of all open work orders.
Aid in the closing of stores and handle related issues until the store close-out is complete.
Manage new store openings/operation vendors and procurement of recurring services.

EDUCATION:
Associate Degree
