Job Summary:
As a Finance Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial projects within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, project management, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and technology, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to optimize project performance, cost efficiency, and profitability.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts to ensure adherence to financial goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, to provide insights and drive decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and issues that may impact project outcomes and escalate as necessary.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Act as a point of contact for project-related financial inquiries, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in finance and project management, and incorporate them into project strategies and processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, CFA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, project management, and/or financial planning and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, such as Excel, SAP, or other financial management systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in finance and project management.
