Financial Controller
Full-Time Direct Hire
$150k - $175k
Fully Onsite in San Francisco CA
The Company is seeking to hire a full-time Financial Controller with experience in women’s fashion and consumer retail and the job is “on -site”. You will lead a 3-person team who will be integral to supporting the efficient financial running of the Company.
Responsibilities

Prepare and Deliver Financial statements monthly.

Oversee Payroll, AR, AP

Manage and review JE.
-
Manage all Bank Fees, Credit card and Shopify reconciliation.

Manage all Company tax obligations/reports.

Annual budgets, financial plans, and cash flow projections

Manage all Insurance needs of the Company.

Establish company financial policies, procedures, and best practices; implement internal controls.

Set guidelines for Inventory Control and Measurement frequency.

Prepare Annual ESOP reports.
Skills
-
Successful experience in similar Accounting Manager roles (minimum 8 years)

Excellent knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Hands-on experience with accounting software programs

Advanced MS Excel skills and Accounting/Production systems

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to distill and communicate complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders

Self-starter with the ability to work with, manage and prioritize multiple deadlines.

BS degree in Accounting or Finance
