Our client, a growing name in cybersecurity, is looking for a Global Marketing Manager with B2B experience. Open to remote candidates working PST hours, candidates located in CA preferred. This is a 5-month contract, 40 hours a week with potential to extend.This person will be a key player in executing integrated demand gen programs that drive the pipeline for cross-portfolio products. This role requires a blend of strategic and execution skills, fueled by a deep analytic and metrics-driven approach to marketing optimization. Driven by your passion for the cybersecurity industry, you will be responsible for cross-functional project management of demand generation, campaigns & marketing programs. A critical team player, you have an outstanding track record of completing projects on time and with quality. Often, you'll be working in a highly technical environment, but with a need to translate the goals and desired business outcomes of our marketing programs in a matrixed marketing organization.
Duties:
- Manage our integrated demand generation campaign strategy through collaboration with shared marketing teams including brand, product marketing, digital, demand, content, creative, social, and global field marketing teams
- Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing plans across a variety of tactics, including journey mapping, campaign development, events, programs, and digital marketing to create and drive a qualified pipeline
- Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and project success by managing calendars and processes
- Measure, analyze, report, and optimize the performance of demand gen programs in partnership with the Cortex data operations lead
- Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps including working closely with teams on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up
- Collaborate with members of the content marketing, product marketing, enablement, and sales teams to ensure the messaging is consistent and appropriate for the campaign goal
- Manage weekly digital marketing and search engine optimization strategies to amplify cross portfolio value proposition in digital channels
Skills:
- 8+ years in marketing, with experience using multiple outreach channels
- Innovative and creative problem-solver with strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of working at the tactical and strategic level to develop and execute innovative and effective campaigns
- Outstanding team collaborator, open to idea/project iteration
- Strong ability to prioritize and execute on multiple work streams
- Comfortable with project management across multiple teams and able to track projects from briefing to launch
- Experience with information/cyber security products
- Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented and delivering results in a highly organized manner
- Strong critical-thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing projects
- Experience working across different markets/regions with knowledge of differing advertiser/sales needs around the world
