As the visionary Head of AI, you'll spearhead their Generative AI and Code Generation initiatives. Your mission? To drive the research, development, and deployment of advanced AI algorithms and models that will power their groundbreaking code generation products. Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic AI Leadership: Craft and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Leading Innovation: Guide and inspire a team of AI researchers and engineers to create state-of-the-art Generative AI models.
- End-to-End Excellence: Oversee the entire AI algorithm development process, from data collection and preprocessing to model training and deployment.
- Real-World Optimization: Ensure AI models are scalable, efficient, and primed for real-world applications and large-scale datasets.
- NLP Enhancement: Leverage your NLP expertise to enhance the interplay between developers and AI-generated code.
- Human-Readable Code: Pave the way for code that's both AI-generated and human-readable by exploring novel methods to interpret and generate code from natural language descriptions.
- Ethical AI Advocacy: Champion ethical AI practices and responsible AI development within the organization.
- Educational Prowess: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI, Generative AI, or NLP.
- AI Savvy: Proven background as an AI Research Scientist, AI Engineer, or similar role, preferably in Generative AI or Code Generation.
- AI Mastery: Deep understanding of Generative AI techniques, deep learning architectures, and NLP algorithms.
- Practical Expertise: Experience in developing and deploying AI models in production environments.
- Coding Ninja: Strong programming skills, including Python and relevant AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Code Guru: Familiarity with code generation tools, developer workflows, and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex AI challenges.
- Leadership Acumen: Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of AI researchers and engineers.
