Head of Brand Marketing – Remote – NYC Based

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Brand Marketing to lead our brand strategy and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing innovative brand campaigns, as well as a deep understanding of the DTC landscape. This role will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, driving brand growth, and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction.
  • Define the brand’s positioning, target audience, and value propositions.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and partner with the growth team to develop advertising materials.
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, PR, partnerships, and offline activations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key insights and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate relevant insights into brand strategy.
  • Lead and mentor the brand marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
  • Experience in the DTC industry is required
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
