OVERVIEW:The Account Managers develop long-term relationships with clients and connect with key stakeholders and business executives. Associate Account Managers also work with both internal teams and customers to ensure solutions are delivered in a timely and successful manner. They also work to maintain favorable relationships with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and execute the day-to-day implementation of social and influencer campaigns for key clients, including internal briefing, creative and strategic feedback, deck and collateral preparation, and campaign management
Develop and deepen client relationships with the goal of providing white-glove service that delivers above expectation
Liaise between internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Production, Talent) to ensure smooth communication and to improve on process and output and that client needs are met
Prepare project plans and timelines, including internal and external milestones
Understand and help support project budgets and financial processes as needed, including budget tracking and scope management
Support legal and billing processes, including invoicing, in partnership with Operations team
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, ideally at a social, creative and/or influencer agency
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and deliver client-facing materials
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
A deep passion for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Twitch, Twitter, YouTube, etc) and influencer marketing with an innate understanding of emerging social trends and platforms
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask, including prioritization against deadlines
Experience managing and coordinating campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Must be based in Los Angeles, CA
