Our social media agency client is hiring an Interactive Producer on contract starting Middle of October and running through February with a possible extension. In this role you will directly manage the creation of large .Com/E-Comm refreshes and smaller innovative campaign initiatives. You must have advanced understanding of production development cycles within the advertising/brand ecosystem, upcoming technologies, project management tools, the drive to find creative solutions and client facing communication skills.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
10+ years’ experience working as an interactive advertising agency producer. Experience leading internal developers and agency vendor/partners, while partnering with Client’s 3rd party partners
Understanding the full process of the interactive production cycle: Concept Development, UX, Dev, QA Create robust RFPs, scopes, schedules and misc. documentation
Hands on involvement with creatives and account management
Experience in building EComm-first sites Assess daily collective decisions to head-off red flags and set best practices for projects across the agency
Oversee implementation from end-to-end and is an inspirational leader on both client and internal sides of the fence to deliver work with the best quality possible
Consistent communication with the Director of Integrated Production to maintain healthy projects and teams.
Manage project P&L, making sure work is delivered on budget Experience with various project types, including responsive websites, mobile/tablet applications, video integration, brand, and strategic consulting
Ability to define solutions that will generate measurable results for the client
Deep understanding of project management, workflow, and infrastructure
Eagerly find alternative solutions through collaborative communication and partnership with our team mates
Love playing with numbers, especially for budget development, tracking, and projections
Doesn’t mind the smaller agency life - a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Patience and kindness in educating cross-functional, non-expert teammates Must have strong presentation, verbal, and written skills.
