Our client is a leading global manufacturer of innovative performance footwear and apparel for equestrian athletes and outdoor enthusiasts, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Marketing Manager to join our client’s dynamic marketing team. As the International Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and support business growth in international markets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive international marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target markets, customer segments, competitive landscape, trends, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, creative services to develop impactful marketing campaigns tailored for international markets.
- Drive brand positioning efforts across all international markets ensuring consistency while adapting to local cultural nuances.
- Create compelling content for various channels including digital platforms (websites, social media), print materials (brochures), trade shows/events collateral etc., that resonates with the target audience in each market.
- Manage relationships with external agencies/vendors/partners involved in executing marketing activities internationally.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness metrics, website traffic/conversion rates etc., analyze data insights regularly to optimize campaigns effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends & best practices in global marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an International Marketing Manager or similar role within the consumer goods industry
- In-depth knowledge of international markets dynamics & cultural differences
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal; ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences
- Experience managing external agencies/vendors/partners
- Proficient in using marketing tools & technologies (CRM, analytics platforms, social media management tools)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Passion for equestrian sports/outdoor activities is a plus
