Our client is a well-known fast growing skincare brand that is looking for a new Manager/Assistant Manager of Retail Strategy to join their team!
*This role is remote in the NYC Tri state area. We are not able to consider candidates outside of this area.
We’re looking for a Retail Strategy Manager. This position reports into the Director of Retail Strategy, while also getting the opportunity to coach, develop, and manage our Retail Strategy Coordinator. If you’re a multi-tasker with the ability to juggle multiple projects, detail-oriented & organized, highly self-motivated & resourceful, results-oriented, and a creative thinker, then this position is for you!

(1) RETAIL STRATEGY
Support the Director of Retail Strategy's account-specific goals by:
•Working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement extensive 360 marketing plans for all key launches, including but not limited to visual merchandising, in store eventing, and content delivery for retailer social and digital platforms
•Partnering closely with Director of Retail Strategy in collaborations with key accounts to develop strong relationships with retail partners
•Analyze business and develop ongoing growth strategies
•Conducting competitive and consumer data analysis leveraging learnings to impact marketing tactics and go to market strategies
•Ensure completion and updates of all retailer administrative forms/systems
•Closely collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely fulfillment of all retailer POs (saleable and sampling)
•Assist with field driven education and event initiatives

•Experience working with Sephora or Ulta corporate required
•Previous experience in marketing and/or retail sales management
•Strong cross functional communicator
•Willing and able to travel overnight
•Understanding of omni retail sales strategy
