Job description
The Marketing Communications Specialist contractor role will support our Direct Communications team by contributing to the successful execution of one-to-one projects, specifically in the areas of direct mail, emails, brochures, newsletters and marketing content.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist in One-to-One projects tactical executions inclusive of editing direct mail, email and brochure content communications to support major campaigns and initiatives. Ensure that content aligns with Porsche One-to-One tone-of-voice/look and feel and follows PCNA legal and product guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining one-to-one budget trackers and fiscal responsibilities inclusive of direct mail, email and brochures
• Along with Direct Communications & In-House Specialist, edit and Americanize brochures from PAG for US market
• Provide tactical support, integration and collaboration for monthly newsletter and My Porsche projects across Brand Publishing team
• Manage and identify ways to enhance and maximize our current analytics tracking for reference and identification of program performance for future opportunities
• Along with Direct Communications Manager, develop audience segmentation buckets and results tracking for one-to-one and national campaign projects
• Create and manage Newsletters and My Porsche content calendars
• Assist Direct Communications team on developing, producing and distributing relevant and “owner worthy” content for My Porsche and “enthusiast worthy” content for Newsletters
• Along with Direct Communications Manager, establish and execute an email communications approach for each new model annually based strategically upon awareness, configurations or sales needs
Qualifications:
. Education: College degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field Experience (Job and Industry):
• Minimum 1-2 years marketing, advertising or communications experience (automotive or passion brand experience a plus)
• Knowledge of creative development, digital content creation, account or project management skills
• Ad agency experience valuable (client or agency side) Skills:
• Ability to work autonomously and independently deal with and problem-solve complex situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Strong team player
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
