Our client, a boutique creative agency focused on the gaming space is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. This is a primarily remote position but candidates must be able to be onsite in the LA office as needed.Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns
- Assist with the creation and tracking of creative requests
- Collaborate and regularly communicate with various internal teams to ensure stakeholders are informed of marketing efforts, support, or needs
- Track marketing team related purchase orders, invoices, and monthly expenses and provide budget spend information upon request
- Helps manage creative requests and ensures accurate information and deliverables
- Serves as advocate for marketing managers/requesters and the creative team to ensure projects run smoothly and are successful
- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting and recaps
- Assist with project management software management and managing access
- Create and review copy as needed (blog, email, social, etc.)
- 2+ years of marketing or account services experience within a creative agency
- Experience working with entertainment or gaming clients
- Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain strong internal relationships
- Self-starter who is proactive and able to manage multiple projects
