Our client is hiring a portfolio marketing coordinator to support their Dental Solutions Global Portfolio team by planning and executing marketing tasks associated with the company brand transition. This role will collaborate with both Global and Area portfolio marketing managers, packaging/labeling, regulatory, supply chain, and marketing communications. He/she will develop a project plan, communicate with key stakeholders, track project execution, serve as portfolio marketing representative on cross-functional teams, and potentially lead other coordinators as the project evolves. Ideally the candidate for this role will have project management experience, demonstrate strong communications and collaboration skills, display strong attention to detail, and be comfortable in using Excel, Power BI, and other collaboration software tools.Additional responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a project plan with milestones and ownership for specific marketing-owned aspects of the corporate brand transition:
- Global and geographic Area-level readiness
- Digital image/data changes & migrations
- Supply chain collaboration at local level
- Customer communication content
- Internal communication content
- Serve as portfolio team representative on packaging/labeling workstream team and on change management project teams
- Work with Global and Area portfolio marketing to understand the roadmap for specific skus and product families and any impact on brand transitions
- Organize and track the project work of other appointed coordinators
Qualifications:
