Marketing Project Manager
Overview: The Marketing Project Manager will play an integral role in ensuring proper execution of marketing efforts. This is a crucial role working between cross-functional teams and requires a high level of organization, time management and effective communication.
Location: Irvine - FULLY ONSITE

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Effectively manage all marketing projects from start to finish
- Plan and lead kick off meetings and project overviews as well as subsequent status update meetings
- Manage all projects within monday.com ensuring each aspect is properly allocated to necessary team
- Ensure all projects stay on time and within budget
- Troubleshoot any issues that arrive and work to ensure project deadline is still achieved
- Consistently keep necessary stakeholders updated on projects
- Implement process improvements as needed
- Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with cross functional teams
- Ensure shared drives and files are properly updated and maintained
- 5+ years marketing project management experience ideally from an agency environment
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience within Microsoft Office, Google Drive and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with monday.com or similar project management tool
- Exceptional organization, time management and communication skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
As a contractor of 24 Seven, you’ll be a W2 employee with access to a variety of our benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K. This role is paid hourly within the range of $35-45hr depending on experience and qualifications. Only local and available candidates will be considered.
