Job description

Our client manufacturers, designs and creates nutritional food and they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join their Mt Laurel, NJ team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack to drive growth and improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our various brands. This person will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns, deliver strategy, as well as collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of our technology platforms.


Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities:
•            Develop and execute effective digital advertising and lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, PPC and print
•            Analyze and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI and customer engagement via digital tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio
•            Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our vendors to ensure seamless integration of our technology platforms including our B2B funnels and B2C E-commerce platforms
•            Publish and maintain digital content and assets across various online media channels
      including landing pages, webinars, white papers, blogs, etc.
•            Continue to build and execute marketing strategy for the company’s new E-commerce
      initiatives.

Marketing Specialist Qualifications:
•            Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required
•            Minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing technology
•            Strong technical skills and experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and other marketing technology tools and APIs
•            Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
•            Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
•            Experience with any of these: Salesforce, Marketo, WordPress, Woocommerce, Zapier, Google
   Analytics, Buildfire, Looker Studio, Hootsuite, Upfluence a plus.
•            Experience with CMS and website tools such as WordPress with understanding of UXUI
   Design a plus
•            Experience with coding languages such as HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and CSS is also a huge plus.
