Job Description:
We are looking for an Email Development Specialist who is highly dedicated, detail-oriented, and has a passion for the email coding and development field. The ideal candidate will join our team and support our existing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) framework, working on both marketing and transactional email campaigns across five brands.
The key responsibility of this position is to enhance the development resources for all white-label brands and drive the pace of automation processes. The Email Development Specialist will work on rolling out new templates and implementing personalized email campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot email campaigns across multiple platforms and browsers
- Modify existing email template designs and revise/update content as necessary.
- Develop, code and assist the CRM team with daily campaigns, with email being thefocus
- Manage multiple projects and processes to meet set deadlines
- Streamline processes and develop new processes to enable best-in-class email
- production, personalization, inbox placement and customer engagement
- Work with personalization partner to turn static experiences into dynamic 1-to-1
- experiences that speak to each customer individually, on the device they choose to use
- Ensure quality, consistency enforced at all steps and across all assets
- 2+ years’ experience navigating Salesforce marketing cloud
- 2+ years’ experience using Ampscripting for highly customized dynamic projects
- 2+ years’ experience with Code HTML and CSS to develop email advanced templates and email contents
- Strong understanding of development techniques such as interactive email development, including advanced CSS & HTML.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time
- Quality-oriented with a track record of creating bullet-proof email code that allows marketing teammates to execute quickly and accurately.
- Experience with using Sketch and Photoshop
