Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Manager to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in running ads across various channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. The role involves managing the backend analytics, building insightful reports, and assessing the success of campaigns based on ROI and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Run paid social, paid search, and PPC campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Analyze campaign performance through backend analytics, building reports, and ensuring ROI and KPIs are met.
  • Manage ad spends for 10-15 clients simultaneously, ranging from $10,000 to six figures per month.
  • Collaborate with clients, articulating campaign strategies, and ensuring alignment with their goals.
  • Less creative, more hands-on-keyboard execution, focusing on precise campaign management.
  • Consider programmatic and display advertising opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media management.
  • Proven expertise in running successful campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of building comprehensive reports and analyzing data for actionable insights.
  • Experience working with agencies, preferably with exposure to mid-market agencies.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading platforms like Power Digital, Logical Position, Thesis, and Pollinate.
  • Ability to manage ad spends for multiple clients concurrently.
