One of the first-ever pure-play social media agencies is looking to hire a Paid Social Manager to their team. This agency has been named a Top 50 Ad Agency, specializing in finance, food, and fun!
Paid Social Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop paid social advertising strategies and media plans for clients across various networks to meet KPIs.
- Place, monitor, and continuously optimize client ads across networks
- Manage client media
- Understand clients’ businesses and objectives, and the role paid social needs to play to drive results.
- Mentor and train junior ads team members.
- Produce spreadsheet and slide-based reports on a weekly/monthly basis with ad performance metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Participate in the creative process by helping to develop content strategy and reviewing concepts.
Paid Social Manager should have:
- 1-3 years’ experience in digital media, with at least 1 year in a social buying role
- Strong data analysis skills, both in manipulating data and pulling actionable insights
- Excel and working knowledge of pivot tables
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
- Good written and spoken communication skills, with some experience interfacing with clients.
- The ability to work well independently while being a team player.
