Job description

Our client Is TOP skincare brand looking for a Community & Partnerships Manager to join their team! In this role you will be developing brand-elevating and customer-relevant omni-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, build customer loyalty and brand equity.

  • Manage global ambassador programs
  • Build event strategy, developing robust, engaging and out of the box event concepts
  • Own vendor selection and relationship management, fostering partnerships that enhance brand events and experiences
  • Manage eventing budget, inclusive of all event touchpoints from agency negotiation to sampling and giveaways.
  • Lead brand partnership strategy and execution, identifying potential external brand partners that align with brand values and target audience, creating unique proposals to drive buzz and awareness or developing ecomm exclusive moments to drive traffic and sales
  • Develop messaging and support plans for brand moments inclusive of charity partnerships and cultural moments.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure event, partnership, and brand values support plans are robust and cohesive to build robust 360 moments across all touchpoints
  • Handle any special projects as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing within consumer goods, preferably with beauty
  • Strong pulse on current beauty and lifestyle trends across Gen-Z and Millennial audiences
  • Highly organized and detail oriented 
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of creativity 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must possess excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have experience in event strategy and execution
