Performance Marketing Manager (Fashion)

FT/Direct Hire
$100k
Remote but must be based in LA 

Our client , a growing sustainable fashion brand is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team.  This role will be responsible for managing all paid digital channels including, but not limited to, Paid Social (Meta, TikTok and others) Paid Search, Affiliate, and other emerging platforms. 

 Responsibilities
Manage paid media campaigns across various digital channels such as search, social media, video, and affiliates
Work with creative team to develop branded ad copy and creative that resonates with defined target segments and drives sales goals
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, on time, and to brand standards
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve ROAS and help us achieve acquisition and retention goals
Develop and manage annual performance marketing budget across multiple paid channels to ensure optimal performance and ROAS
Identify strategic opportunities for channel expansion
Provide consistent and actionable performance analysis, reporting, and insights that feed back into the future strategies
Stay up to date with industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into our paid media strategies


Requirements
Passionate about sustainability and fashion
5+ years of ecommerce and performance marketing experience
Highly strategic, entrepreneurial, and data driven
Direct experience working with Meta and Google. TikTok, and Affiliate experience a plus.
Experience working with Shopify (a plus)
Initiative –a self-starter and looks for areas needing improvement
Data driven - experience with Google Sheets and Slides to analyze and communicate marketing performance
Able to work in a dynamic often ambiguous environment
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet required deadlines
Problem solver - with an analytical and inquisitive mind
Ability to consistently communicate and follow up on priorities
Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment with both internal and external teams
