Role will report to the Applications/Project Manager and own the Helpdesk and admin side of the PLM system. Willing to train and are seeking a candidate that has the desire to learn and grow in this area.
 
Responsibilities will include:
·         Support PLM users’ day-to-day activities by owning PLM HelpDesk:
   o    Triage HelpDesk tickets, evaluate, and escalate to Apps./Project Manager if necessary
   o    Troubleshoot issues and gather information - Primary contact for PLM Helpdesk and end user support
   o    Maintain and follow-up on tickets and ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner
·         Open tickets with Centric support and own documentation, follow-up, testing, and resolution with the users
·         Onboarding and off-boarding of users in PLM
   o    Account set-up
   o    Responsible for training new hires
   o    Maintain existing training manuals and documentation
·         Support deployment of new features and processes in Centric
   o    Develop training documentation for those new tools and features
·         Support deployment of Centric mobile apps and other plug-in tools
·         Admin duties:
   o    Role security maintenance and view distribution
   o    Facilitate system updates and service pack deployment
§  Perform testing and identify gaps
   o    Coordination with the vendor
   o    Execute system changes
·         Assist with data entry/data clean-ups if needed
 
Qualifications:

·         Working experience as a system administrator
·         Experience with a PLM system and familiarity with the apparel product lifecycle; Experience with Centric is a plus
·         Excellent communication, follow-through, and customer service skills
·         Training and presentation skills
·         Detail oriented and organized
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
·         Problem solver and motivated self-starter that can thrive in a dynamic fast-paced and changing environment
