Global luxury brand Naked Wardrobe is in search of a talented Production Coordinator with relevant experience and skills to join our team. Candidate must be highly motivated, adaptable, flexible, and a self-starter in a fast-pace environment.Responsibilities
· Understand the product creation process from development hand off to production
· Collaborate with cross functional teams from Design, Tech Design, Development, and Receiving to ensure on time delivery per calendar
· Partner with Product Development and Design team to troubleshoot issues that arise during production while supporting issues to resolution
· Work with development team on maintaining Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system
· Follow up with vendors on samples to ensure timely arrival for fittings and key seasonal meetings
· Update WIP and T&A based on production schedule
· Maintain quality control
· Daily communication with factories
· Follow up with vendors throughout the production stages to ensure deadlines are being maintained
· Coordinate shipping timelines and work alongside with shipping team to confirm all products arrive on time
· Monitor the production pipeline from the first sample to final delivery
Qualifications:
· 3-5+ years of apparel industry experience
· Proven experience with apparel/ garment costing and vendor negotiation
· Proven experience with sourcing, logistics and Production terminology
· Strong leadership skills
· Must be a team player
·Prefers someone speak both English and Korean
· Must possess a positive attitude
· Should be flexible & adaptable
· Strong organizational skills is a must
