Our client, a trendy fashion brand is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to their team as a Receptionist.

In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring that they receive a warm welcome and excellent customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals, maintaining office supplies, and providing administrative support as needed.

This role is 100% in-office at their HQ located in Commerce, CA. 
Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Rate: $18 - $25/per hour DOE


  • Greet visitors warmly and ensure their needs are addressed promptly.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner; screen and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products/services to callers or visitors.
  • Receive packages, mail, and deliveries; distribute them accordingly.
  • Maintain an organized reception area by ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Manage scheduling of meeting rooms or appointments as required.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing documents, photocopying/scanning materials when needed.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.


  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English (additional language skills may be advantageous).
  • Professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients/customers over the phone or in-person.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as telephones systems and computers (knowledge of MS Office Suite is a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing administrative duties.
  • A friendly, positive attitude, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
