Overview: Our client, a leading Private Label Licensing Brand for Fashion, is seeking a dynamic and reliable Receptionist/Admin to join their team. This is a temporary-to-hire position, offering an hourly rate of $23/hr. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive front office environment, serving as the face of the company to clients, visitors, and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Presence:

    • Act as the first point of contact, warmly greeting visitors and managing the front desk with professionalism.
    • Maintain a polished and presentable appearance, reflecting the brand's image.
  2. Communication Skills:

    • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Answer inquiries from clients, visitors, and internal staff in a clear and friendly manner.
  3. Office Supply Management:

    • Take charge of ordering and organizing office supplies to ensure seamless daily operations.
    • Keep inventory and notify relevant parties when supplies need replenishing.
  4. Administrative Support:

    • Assist various departments with administrative requests as needed.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow within the office.
  5. Dependability:

    • Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in adhering to the specified working hours.
    • Handle responsibilities with a high level of integrity and dependability.
  6. Adaptability:

    • Be flexible and adaptable to meet changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  7. ON-SITE Schedule:

    • This position requires in-office presence from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A hybrid schedule is not available.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong front office skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in office equipment usage (phones, printers, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

Location: Culver City, CA 

Type: Temp to Hire

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Hourly Rate: $23/hr
