Job description
Our client is looking for a confident Sales Assistant with excellent customer service to work closely with the sales team for continued support on a daily basis. Should be detail oriented, a problem solver and able multi-task and/or pivot quickly as needs arise.
Location- La Palma, CA onsite but could be flex
Salary-Up to $90K

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the apparel industry
- Experience with Target, Walmart, or large volume stores.
- Manage / distribute weekly selling reports.
- Strong ability to write good emails to communicate with customers.
- Proficiency in PowerPoints, Excel (pivot tables) and Word.
- PLM system familiarity
- Maintain in office showroom and sample library.
- Experience working with Production teams to manager T&A for sample/swatch and approval send outs.
- Communicate with multiple departments simultaneously.
- Prioritize accurate and detailed notes for customer requests.
- Tag, photograph and help prepare line for markets.
- Make travel arrangements when needed.
