Role: Senior Marketing Manager, Lead Generation
Hybrid/Onsite based in Boston

90,000-100,000k + bonus

Our client a Boston Based start-up focusing on Co-working is seeking a Senior Manager of Lead Generation.
You will:

- Lead end-to-end growth initiatives to drive customer acquisition

- Manage the lead generation budget in collaboration with the Marketing Director

- Increase lead volume and achieve ambitious growth targets through strategic initiatives and highly detailed planning - Improve website acquisition function, nurturing and expediting leads through buyer journey, including:

 - Leveraging web analytics tools to provide data-driven suggestions to support demand generation through website and reduce time between website visit to website conversion (i.e. filling out contact form, downloading thought-leadership)

 - Collaborating with Marketing Director to develop relevant site metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate website and lead funnel performance and identify opportunities for increased qualified lead generation and customer acquisition
- Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new and innovative ways to reach B2B and B2C customers and increase relevance of industry thought leadership

- Oversee acquisition campaigns through paid and non-paid channels

- Manage lead generation events (physical and virtual) and tradeshow strategy to ensure high quality representation, qualified lead generation, and increased customer acquisition
- Manage and execute thought-leadership strategy in support of lead generation and relationship building efforts, including press, original research, awards, search, social, and internal marketing

- Support sales on presentations to prospects and assist in slide and marketing collateral production

 - Partner with Account Leads on relevant thought-leadership and value-add opportunities for clients, including event invitations, award opportunities, product/business updates, and other thought-leadership

- Oversee all partner/relationship initiatives, including joint marketing initiatives to drive leads from partner audiences and networks

- Develop relevant messaging directives for content manager related to all nurture campaigns - Monitor lead volume and report results, keeping senior management informed of activity, plans and adjustments, and market trends

 - Develop content and creative directives for paid ads, email marketing, landing pages, social media, 3rd party sites, blogs and more, to support lead generation efforts

- Work closely with the General Manager and Sales team to understand their processes, challenges, and opportunities deeply and work together towards developing strategies and approaches that drive leads for the business aligned with ever-changing workspace inventory across locations across performance channels - work with the sales team to coordinate efforts and ensure timely follow-up

- Drive customer segmentation approach, identifying opportunistic audiences to convert both within our CRM database and through Skills And Experience

You Need:

- 5 years of experience in growth marketing, lead generation or demand generation - 3 years direct experience in campaign management on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn - 3 years direct experience developing B2B lead generation strategies

- 3 years experience working directly with sales to develop an integrated approach with lead generation - Understanding of how to optimize CAC (customer acquisition cost), CPA (cost per acquisition) and LTV (lifetime value)

 - Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality or office mgmt/coworking

- A deep understanding of the lead funnel and how to move prospects from an MQL to closed/won deal

 - A proven ability to define, message, and position lead generation strategies from brief through execution

- A demonstrated track record of developing, building, evolving, and maintaining lead generation systems

 - Experience developing strategic content directives to support your initiatives - A proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue and lead generation targets

- A knack for building, implementing and measuring new systems, processes and campaigns - Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM - Ability to work independently and in a team environment

 - Ability to build at the strategic level and very hands-on at the executional level - Strong attention to detail and highly organized
